Connecting Faire

IntegrationsUpdated October 1, 2026 · Reviewed by Peasy Team

Peasy has two Faire workflows in preview. You can export orders from Faire and upload the CSV through a guided import, or use the separate Faire beta connection for catalog and order testing.

How to Get There

If your company is included in the preview, go to Configure → Integrations → Faire for CSV order imports. The separate connection is under Configure → Beta → Faire.

These sidebar entries are hidden outside the preview. A direct Faire page link that Peasy gave you continues to work.

Import Orders from a CSV

  1. Open Configure → Integrations → Faire.
  2. Expand 1. Export orders from Faire.
  3. In your Faire brand portal, go to Orders and click Export.
  4. Choose Order Summary, set Orders to All, and select the date range.
  5. Click Export CSV.
  6. Back in Peasy, expand 2. Import orders to Peasy and upload the CSV.
  7. Review any customer or item matches, then complete the import.

Peasy fills in the known Faire order settings and column mappings. If the file does not exactly match the expected Faire export, Peasy shows suggested mappings for you to review instead of applying them silently.

After the upload completes, use the Data Imports link on the Faire page to open that import's settings and history. Later Faire exports with the same layout can reuse the saved data import.

Connect the Faire Beta

  1. Open Configure → Beta → Faire.
  2. In Faire Connection, click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Faire and approve the connection.
  4. When Faire sends you back to Peasy, confirm the connection shows as active.

After Faire is connected, use the Faire page to review sync settings, import products, and check sync history.

Pull Orders through the Faire Beta

Once Faire is connected, you can pull a batch of recent Faire orders into Peasy's standard import flow.

  1. On the Faire beta connection page, find Import orders.
  2. Choose how many recent orders to pull (10, 25, or 50).
  3. Click Import orders.

Peasy stages the orders for review and takes you to the data import screen, where you confirm the details and commit them — the same way every other source import works. Importing the same orders again updates them instead of creating duplicates. An order that is cancelled in Peasy is never changed by a later import: a repeat of it shows as Matched, and a row that changes it is held for you to skip — see When Some Records Can't Be Imported.

Testing Credentials

Most real Faire connections should leave Faire test credentials turned off.

If the Peasy team asks you to test against the Faire test app, turn on Faire test credentials before clicking Connect. This switch is for debug and testing only; it is not needed for normal brand connections.

Good to Know

  • The Faire CSV guide and beta connection appear in the sidebar only for companies included in the preview.
  • The current beta covers catalog import, order import, and review.
  • Disconnect is not shown for Faire because reconnecting can require a new Faire approval.
  • You can pause Faire inventory effects from Inventory Sync Direction while keeping the connection available.
