Alert

An alert (called a "flag" in the Peasy UI) is a notification that something needs your attention. In Peasy, flags appear in the Flags panel in the sidebar and cover reorder alerts, template gap warnings, and other actionable items.

How It Works in Peasy

  • View flags by clicking the flag icon in the sidebar
  • Flag types include: reorder alerts (low stock), template gap alerts (can't produce), inventory counts due, and more
  • Each flag links to the relevant record so you can take action immediately
  • Flags can be snoozed for later
  • New flags show a badge count on the flag icon
  • Flags auto-resolve when the underlying condition is fixed (e.g., stock returns above restock point)

Why It Matters

Flags are Peasy's way of proactively telling you what needs attention without you having to go looking. They surface problems early — before you run out of stock, before a production run stalls, or before inventory counts are overdue.
