Business Settings

Business settings control your company profile in Peasy — your company name, logo, email preferences, and appearance. These settings affect what your team sees and how your documents (invoices, purchase orders) look.

How to Get There

Go to Configure > Business in the sidebar.

What You Can Configure

Company Name

Your company name shows up throughout Peasy — on purchase orders, invoices, and anywhere your business is mentioned. Click on the name to edit it — changes save automatically.

Your company name also becomes your Peasy URL. For example, if your company is "Sunny Foods," your Peasy address will be something like app.peasyos.com/sunny-foods.

Upload your company logo to brand your invoices and Storefront. Click the logo area to upload an image file. Your logo will appear right away.

Theme

Choose how Peasy looks for you:

  • Light — Bright, white background
  • Dark — Easier on the eyes in low-light settings
  • System — Matches whatever your computer or phone is set to

This is a personal preference — each team member can choose their own.

Email Addresses

Peasy gives you a few email options:

  • Inbound orders email — A special Peasy email address (like yourcompany@orders.peasyos.com) that Peasy monitors for incoming orders. You can copy this address and share it with vendors or customers.
  • Purchase orders reply-to — When you send purchase orders from Peasy, replies will go to this email address. Leave it blank to use your account email.
  • Invoices reply-to — Same idea, but for invoices you send to customers.

Good to Know

  • All changes save automatically — no need to look for a Save button.
  • Your business settings affect the whole team, not just your account.
  • You can always come back and update these later.
