Price List
A price list is a set of custom prices for sell items that can be assigned to specific customers. In Peasy, price lists let you offer different pricing tiers — such as wholesale vs. retail — without changing your default prices.
How It Works in Peasy
- Create and manage price lists from Sell > Catalog or Configure > Data > Catalogs
- Each price list contains per-item prices that override the sell item's default price
- Assign a price list to a customer, and their sales orders automatically use those prices
- A customer can only be on one price list at a time
- Items not on the price list fall back to the sell item's default price
Why It Matters
Most businesses sell at different prices depending on the customer. Price lists let you set up wholesale, retail, distributor, or VIP pricing once and have it apply automatically whenever you create an order for that customer.
