Customer
A customer is a person or business that buys goods from you. In Peasy, customer records store contact information, pricing, and order history, and are linked to every sales order and invoice.
How It Works in Peasy
- Manage customers from Sell > Customers
- Each customer has a name, contact info, and optional shipping/billing addresses
- Customers can be assigned to a price list for custom pricing
- View a customer's order history, invoices, and payment status from their profile
- Customers can pay invoices through a magic link sent via email
Why It Matters
Customer records are the foundation of your selling workflow. They link orders, invoices, and payments together so you can see the full picture for any customer — what they've ordered, what they owe, and their payment history.
