Create and manage repeating orders in the seller's storefront cart. Use the storefront's Orders tab to find saved standing orders and view dated orders.
Create a Repeating Order
- Sign in to the seller's storefront and add products to your cart.
- Open the cart, open the dropdown beside Review & Submit Order, and select Repeat this order. This option appears only for existing customers of the storefront.
- Select Edit schedule above the item total in the cart footer.
- Set Schedule, On these days, and Start date. Add an End date (optional) if needed.
- Select Done to return to the cart.
- Select Create repeating order. Complete your business profile or delivery address if prompted.
Done only closes the schedule dialog. Items and schedule changes stay unsaved until you select Create repeating order. Successful creation clears the cart you used for the order.
Peasy uses your browser’s timezone automatically.
Orders repeat on the selected weekdays on or after Start date. No orders are scheduled on or after End date; leave it blank to repeat indefinitely.
The target date is when the order is intended to be shipped, collected, or delivered. Schedule supports repeating every one to 52 weeks. All weekdays selected in one schedule use the same products and quantities. Create separate repeating orders when Monday and Wednesday need different quantities, repeat intervals, or pauses.
Edit a Saved Repeating Order
- Open Orders, then find Standing orders.
- Select its order number to open it in the cart.
- Edit quantities, remove products, or change the note. Use Edit schedule for dates, weekdays, or cadence.
- Choose Changes effective beginning for recurring changes.
- Select Save repeating order.
Product, quantity, note, or cadence changes create a separate replacement standing order from the effective date. The previous one ends on that date and remains visible. The effective date defaults to the earliest permitted date after the latest generated order, also respecting the seller’s ordering deadline. Earlier dates are unavailable. Recurring edits leave all existing dated orders unchanged; contact the seller to change one of those orders.
Opening a saved standing order keeps your ordinary shopping cart separate. Closing the cart discards unsaved repeating-order edits. Use Preview order PDF to review before saving; opening or closing the preview does not save changes. On phones, the preview shows an order summary.
Pause, Resume, or End
- Open the standing order and select Edit schedule.
- Use the status dropdown beside Repeat every to choose Paused, Enabled, or Disabled, then set its date.
- Select Done, then Save repeating order.
Paused lets you set Pause from and an optional Resume on date. Leave Resume on blank to pause indefinitely, or choose Paused again to edit a saved pause. Enabled resumes generation or cancels a scheduled pause. Disabled sets End from; once the standing order ends, create a new repeating order to restart.
Dates default to the earliest permitted date after the latest generated order, also respecting the seller's ordering deadline. Earlier dates are unavailable. Existing dated orders stay unchanged; contact the seller to change one of those orders. One current or scheduled pause period is supported.
Deadlines and Pricing
The seller controls ordering deadlines. Schedule date fields allow only permitted dates, and saving checks the deadline again. Choose a permitted future date or contact the seller if a cutoff prevents your change.
New orders and changes to recurring products must meet the seller's product availability, minimum quantities, and minimum order amount. Pausing or ending without other edits remains available when products are unavailable, subject to deadlines. Resuming checks the ordering rules again.
Prices follow your current customer pricing; future dated orders use the prices in effect when they are created. A repeating order does not lock today's prices for every future date.
View Dated Orders
Under Orders > Order history, select an order number to preview it and use Download PDF. Phones show an item summary with the same download option. This view includes dated orders already created for upcoming dates as well as past orders; it does not edit individual dated orders. Contact the seller for a one-date change.
If Orders shows an access message, sign in using the email the seller knows for your customer account. Ask the seller to confirm your customer access if the message remains after sign-in. The Orders tab stays visible even when you do not yet have access or order history.
