The Storefront is your built-in B2B ordering portal. Wholesale customers log in, see their negotiated pricing, place orders directly, and you receive those orders right in Sell > Sales Orders. It replaces the back-and-forth of email orders and removes the need for a separate B2B tool like BlueCart or Wholesale Guerilla.
How It Works
- You set up your catalog — Add sell items with prices and mark them as visible.
- Peasy generates a public Storefront URL — One unique URL per company that you share with customers.
- Customers browse and order — They see the products available in their assigned catalog, pick what they want, and submit an order.
- You review the order — It shows up as a draft in Sell > Sales Orders. Confirm it when you're ready, then invoice and fulfill it through the normal sales-order workflow. Inventory deducts when you ship the order: marking it fulfilled records a shipment dated by the order's Order Date.
Your Storefront URL
Your storefront has a unique public URL based on your company slug:
https://easy.peasyos.com/storefront/your-company-slug
You'll see the exact URL on the Configure > Storefront page once the storefront is enabled. Share it with customers via email, on your invoices, or on your website.
Setting Up Your Storefront
- Go to Configure > Storefront (under the Sales section in the sidebar).
- Click the Enabled / Disabled dropdown and pick Enable.
- Leave Require login to see pricing on for the safest starting point, or turn it off if anyone with the link should see prices.
- Turn on at least one catalog and star one enabled catalog as the default storefront catalog.
- Click Enable storefront.
- Copy the storefront URL and share it with your customers.
The Enable storefront button stays unavailable until the catalog and pricing choices are valid. If you cancel and open the setup again, Require login to see pricing returns to its safe on setting.
Settings You Can Control
- Enable / Disable — Turn the storefront on or off any time. Disabling hides the page without deleting any data.
- Order Notifications — Add one or more email addresses and Peasy copies them on every order submitted from your storefront, so a shared inbox and the person who packs your orders both get it as it comes in. Separate addresses with commas. Peasy sends one shared message to your Peasy orders inbox and copies the buyer plus these addresses, so everyone on the CC line can see the other copied recipients. Leave it blank and the message goes to your Peasy orders inbox with only the buyer copied.
- Standing Order Deadlines — Set the customer ordering cutoff for repeating orders. See Managing Standing Orders.
- Minimum order — Set a dollar minimum each customer must hit before they can submit an order. Useful for wholesale where you don't want to fulfill tiny orders.
- New customer payment terms — Set the terms Peasy saves for a first-time buyer. They apply when you issue that customer's invoice after reviewing the draft order. Customers you've already given specific terms on their customer record always keep those.
- Require login to see pricing — In Catalogs and Pricing, turn this on to hide prices from visitors until they sign in. Turn it off to make prices visible to anyone with the link.
- Catalogs — In Catalogs and Pricing, use each switch to choose which catalogs are available through the storefront. While the storefront is live, at least one catalog must remain enabled; enable another catalog before turning off the last one. One enabled catalog must be starred as the default storefront catalog. Buyers without an assigned catalog use this default. Logged-out visitors see its pricing only when Require login to see pricing is off.
- Show category labels — In Appearance, turn this on to show each item's category on storefront cards and in the order form's Category column. It is off by default.
- Banner and description — Upload a banner image and a short description that appear at the top of the storefront page.
Previewing a Customer's Catalog
In Sell > Customers, open a customer's three-dot menu on their table row or customer detail page and choose View storefront as customer. The storefront opens in a new tab using that customer's assigned catalog. Customers without an assigned catalog use the default storefront view.
The preview uses Admin mode, including its editing controls, and keeps you signed in as yourself. Your customer's order history is not part of this preview. The option appears when your storefront is enabled and has a storefront URL.
Recommending Favorite Brands
- Go to Configure > Storefront.
- In Peasy Wholesale Co-op, choose Enroll. This lets other participating brands choose your enabled storefront.
- Once enrolled, choose Edit beside Favorite brands.
- Search by brand name or storefront URL and select up to three brands.
- Use the up and down arrows to choose their order, or remove a brand with the X button.
- Choose Save to publish your choices. Cancel leaves your saved choices unchanged.
Participation is off by default. Only participating brands with enabled storefronts appear in search. Choosing another brand does not automatically make them recommend you.
Your recommendations appear under Shop [your brand]'s friends partway through your product cards, or below the order form. Removing all your choices hides this section.
Choose the info button beside the Peasy Wholesale Co-op heading or Tell me more beside Enroll to open Beacon and ask about the program. To leave, open the Enrolled dropdown and choose Unenroll. This hides your recommendations and removes your brand from other brands’ recommendations. Your saved choices stay in place; rejoining restores those that are still eligible.
Customers can open a recommended brand's storefront while keeping their current cart and seller note saved in the same browser. Each brand has its own cart, pricing, and checkout.
To return to another brand's saved cart, open Cart and expand Carts at other brands at the bottom. Choose a brand card to open its storefront and cart. The section starts collapsed each time you reopen the cart or visit another storefront, and also appears when your current cart is empty.
Each card shows the saved quantity and a Draft subtotal from that cart. Pricing stays hidden when the brand requires sign-in or catalog access. Final pricing is confirmed when you submit to that seller. Quantities and seller notes stay in this browser through navigation and refresh; they do not sync to other devices. Submitting an order clears only that brand's cart. Other brands' carts remain saved, with separate orders and minimums.
Inviting Brands to Peasy
- In Configure > Storefront, choose Invite brands beside Favorite brands in Peasy Wholesale Co-op after enrolling.
- In Invite emails, enter the brand's email in To, then move to another field to add its card under Brands. Comma-separated addresses stay together on one email for that brand. Add CC addresses if needed.
- Edit the subject and message. Choose Add another below the brand cards to start another invitation. Select a card or use the up/down arrows to review each email; use its X to remove it before sending.
- Choose Send invitations. For multiple brand emails, a progress panel appears in the bottom-right corner; it closes after all emails succeed. A single email sends in this window, which closes after success. Email history is saved in Outbox.
The invitation starts with your first name and brand name, and includes a small Peasy logo and mission line. Peasy automatically CCs the person sending the invitation and directs replies to their email, including when a teammate sends a saved draft. Each brand chooses its own favorites after joining; sending or accepting an invitation does not add recommendations automatically.
To send later, open the dropdown beside Send invitations and choose Save drafts to outbox. The window closes after the drafts are saved. Open Outbox to review, edit, and send them later. If saving fails, the invitations stay open so you can review the error and try again.
If some emails fail, choose Review errors and retry in the progress panel to return to the invitations and see the explanation. Retry unsent skips invitations already sent. Your account's usual email limits apply; at the lowest new-account level, recipients must already be saved on a customer or vendor.
Recipients sign up normally, set up their own storefront, and enroll. You then choose each other manually in Favorite brands. Sending an invitation does not enroll the recipient or add either brand to favorites.
Inviting Customers to Your Storefront
With your storefront enabled, choose Invite customers beside the Storefront heading in Configure > Storefront to open Beacon’s invitation guide. Use Go to Customers in the chat, select customer rows, then choose Invite to storefront in the toolbar at the bottom. The invitation buttons in settings, the Customers table and customer details are hidden while your storefront is disabled.
Open a customer from Sell > Customers and open the ⋮ menu to the right of New Order, then choose Invite to storefront. You can also use Invite to storefront in a customer row’s ⋮ menu. To invite several customers, select their rows in the Customers table and choose Invite to storefront. All selected customers open in one invitation window.
The same invitation window opens for one customer or many. Each customer gets their own message, initially addressed to their primary active contact. Select a customer on the left to review or edit their To, CC, subject, and message. You can remove a customer from this batch without changing their customer record. Customers without an email show a Missing email warning and have no email preview. Hover over the warning for guidance, add an email in their Contacts section, then reopen the invitation. Inactive customers show an Inactive customer warning with no email preview; reactivate them before inviting them. Remove customers with warnings from the current batch to send or save invitations for the others. Every To address must identify this customer uniquely.
Choose Send invitations to send now. Bulk sends show progress in the bottom-right corner and process one message at a time. Keep the tab open until sending finishes. If you follow a link to another page, refresh, or close the tab while sending, a warning asks you to stay; leaving may stop the remaining invitations. If a message fails, review its error and retry; successful invitations are not sent again. To send later, open the send-button dropdown and choose Save drafts to outbox. Saving drafts sends no email.
Your public storefront URL is included directly in the message. You can edit the copy before sending. Open Outbox to review drafts, failures and sent copies. Opening the invitation window again creates a new invitation.
Per-Customer Pricing and Catalogs
Storefront pricing follows your price lists / catalogs. Assign a customer to a specific catalog from their customer record (under the Catalog dropdown), and that's what they see when they log in. This is how you give different wholesale tiers different pricing without setting up multiple storefronts.
If a signed-in buyer has no assigned catalog, they use your default storefront catalog. Every enabled storefront has one default. Assigned customer catalogs still take priority, so negotiated pricing remains limited to the customers assigned to it.
Controlling What's Visible
Only catalog items marked as Visible show on the Storefront. Toggle visibility from the Catalog page — useful for items you sell only by request, items you want to sunset, or seasonal items.
What Customers See
Logged-in customers see a clean, branded page with:
- Your company name, logo, and banner
- Products from the catalog they have access to (or the default catalog)
- Their negotiated pricing
- An add-to-cart button on each product
- A cart panel with Review & Submit Order to review before submitting, plus a dropdown Submit Order option to submit directly
- The minimum-order amount (if you've set one)
Storefront and Order form views
Use the view selector above the catalog to browse products or open orders:
- Storefront — the default card grid with product images, descriptions, and add-to-cart controls. Variants that share a parent product (for example an 8oz jar and a case of the same product) are grouped onto one card with a unit selector. If a variant has no image, the card uses its parent product's image. The card keeps the unit already in the cart selected after a refresh, while still letting the customer choose another unit. A search box above the grid filters by product name, SKU, or category. Best for browsing.
- Order form — a searchable table with columns for Item, Unit, SKU, Price, MOQ, and Qty (plus a Category column when Show category labels is on). Customers type quantities directly into the Qty column to add lines without clicking through cards. Setting a quantity to 0 (or clearing it) removes the item from the cart.
- Orders — Find standing orders and dated order history. See Repeating Orders in a Storefront for creating or editing a repeating order and downloading order PDFs.
Order form appears only when the catalog has items and pricing is visible. Storefront and Orders remain available even when pricing is locked or you have not signed in.
Previewing and submitting an order
With items in the cart, buyers can choose Preview order PDF above the checkout button, even before signing in or completing their business details. On desktop, the preview shows a draft purchase order PDF; on phones, it shows an order summary.
- Before signing in: Sign In & Submit Order opens the cart's Sign In or Sign Up form. The same button in the preview closes the preview and opens that form. New and returning customers use the same passwordless sign-in options.
- After signing in: Review & Submit Order opens the preview, where Submit Order places the order. The dropdown next to the cart button also offers Submit Order to skip the preview.
- Buyers who have not completed their business and shipping details are asked for them before the order is placed. Order minimums still apply to submission, but do not prevent previewing the cart.
To include delivery instructions or another message, choose Add note beside Preview order PDF. Enter your message under Note for the seller, then choose Save note to keep it or Cancel to leave the saved note unchanged. Use Edit note to change a saved note. The note appears in the preview and is included with the submitted order and notification email.
The preview and emailed purchase order use the buyer’s primary business-location address when available. Otherwise, they use the shipping address on the seller’s active customer record matched to the buyer’s signed-in email address.
The order notification includes Open your Peasy inbox for the seller to review the draft. See Using the Inbox for confirming a matched draft.
How Customers Sign In
Storefront sign-in is passwordless — there are no passwords to create, remember, or reset. Customers choose either method:
- Email a sign-in link — the customer enters their email and Peasy sends a secure, one-time link from your store's name. Clicking it signs them in and confirms their email address in one step (no separate confirmation email to hunt for).
- Continue with Google — one-tap sign-in with a Google account.
A buyer can sign in with any active contact email saved on their customer record, not just the primary contact. Peasy uses that customer’s assigned catalog and existing details. Deactivated contacts no longer identify the customer. If the same email belongs to multiple active customers, Peasy cannot choose one automatically; correct the contact records before that buyer places an order.
The first time a customer checks out, they're asked once for their business name and shipping address — prefilled with anything Peasy already has on file for them (from an existing account or the customer record you set up), so an existing wholesale buyer rarely has to retype it — and on later visits they go straight to checkout. Requiring one of these sign-in methods is what confirms a real email address before an order is placed.
When Require login to see pricing is on, a logged-out visitor sees an Unlock pricing button over blurred purchasing controls on each product card. Prices are withheld until they sign in. After signing in, buyers without an assigned catalog use the default storefront catalog.
Per-Item Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each sell item has an optional Order Min (MOQ) field. When set, the storefront enforces it at checkout:
- In the Order form view, the MOQ column shows the minimum and the Qty cell highlights in red when the typed quantity is below it.
- In the cart panel, the quantity input highlights in red and a "Min N" hint appears beneath any line below its MOQ.
- Checkout and submission buttons are disabled while any line is below its MOQ. A message reads "1 item is below its minimum order quantity." (or "N items are below their minimum order quantities.") until the customer raises the quantity or removes the line. Preview order PDF remains available.
The whole-cart Minimum order dollar amount (Configure > Storefront) is separate and still applies on top of per-item MOQs.
How Customers Pay
Submitting an order does not create or send an invoice. Peasy saves a draft sales order for you to review and sends one order email—with the order PDF attached—to your Peasy orders inbox, the buyer, and any configured Order Notifications recipients.
After you confirm the order, issue its invoice through the normal sales-order workflow:
- Due on Receipt — The invoice is due immediately. If Peasy Payments is set up, the invoice can include a secure payment link.
- Net terms — The invoice uses the terms set on the customer's record (or your storefront default for a first-time buyer).
You set the starting terms for first-time buyers with New customer payment terms under Configure > Storefront. Storefront checkout itself never issues the invoice or syncs one to QuickBooks; those actions happen only when you proceed with invoicing.
Common Questions
Who can see my storefront? Anyone with the link can open your storefront. If Require login to see pricing is on, visitors can browse but won't see prices until they sign in. Signed-in customers see the pricing and catalog assigned to them — or your default storefront catalog if they have no specific assignment.
Why do product cards say "Unlock pricing"? Your storefront requires buyers to sign in before seeing prices. The item remains visible, but its purchasing controls are blurred and pricing is not sent to the locked card. Selecting Unlock pricing opens the passwordless sign-in flow.
Can I hide certain items from the storefront? Yes. Use the visibility toggle on each catalog item. You can also restrict items to specific catalogs so certain customers don't see them at all.
Do storefront orders create sales orders automatically? Yes. When a customer submits an order through the storefront, it appears as a draft sales order in your Orders page for review. No invoice is created at checkout. See How Customers Pay.
Can I customize the pricing customers see? Yes. Storefront pricing follows your price lists. Assign customers to a specific catalog for customer-specific pricing, and choose one default storefront catalog for buyers without an assigned one.
Can retail or DTC shoppers see my wholesale pricing? Assigned customer catalogs take priority, so buyers never see another customer's negotiated pricing. Buyers without an assigned catalog use your default storefront catalog. To keep logged-out visitors from seeing its prices, turn on Require login to see pricing.
Does the storefront replace tools like BlueCart or Wholesale Guerilla? For most CPG brands, yes. The storefront covers the core B2B ordering use case — branded portal, per-customer pricing, order minimums, login gating — without a separate subscription.
Can I require customer approval before they can place orders? Customers sign in before submitting orders. You can invite existing customers individually or in bulk, but invitations do not add an approval requirement for new buyers.
